Anyone know where I can get a laptop for around $300? I'm looking for one where I can surf the web and listen to music. I was thinking of getting at least a Pentium 4 or an AMD Athlon 64. Heck, if I could go less than that, like $250 or $200, that would be sweet.

Core 2 Duo would be nice, but I don't know if I could afford that. Ideally, I'd like to get one with a nice video card that would support games like AoE III and WoW, but again, if it's too expensive, I can settle for a laptop that just handles going on the web, listening to music, and storing files for now, til I make more money.

Thank you.

The Dell Inspiron 15 is the cheapest full-size laptop I know, at 15.6" starting at $380. It's a pretty solid laptop, too.

Cheaper than that, though, you'll only find 9" to 10" netbooks.

If you can save up the extra $80, definitely go for the Inspiron 15. If you really can't, though, then the Dell Mini 10 and Mini 10v are great netbooks.
