Hello everyone, i love making AMV's(Anime music video's).:) but... ive had enough of wmm(windows movie maker):uhoh: becouse its a crapy program that has very limited effects and does not suport loads of formats of audio and video. so i came here on the tec. forum with all you brainy computer wizards:D my question is: what alternative programes can i use to make AMV's??????

Anyway it definitely can help for encoding to another format. Especially with VirtualDubMod (makes it easier).

(Post jump ^^ )

I doubt VD has the features she'd need/want for making decent AMVs. Not that I would expect Windows Movie Maker to either, but whatever. I've never used it, but try this: http://www.jahshaka.org/

(VD can be found here - http://www.virtualdub.org/ - if you want to try it)

Do you mean video editing programs, if so there's VideoRedo, Sony Vegas, and Adobe Premier Elements, and Adobe Premier Pro.

The latest for Adobe Premier Elements is 5.0, Premier Pro is 2.0, and Vegas is 7.0.

oke tnx everyone:bows: i'm going to try em all out and i hope ill find one that can make the AMV's i want to.:) but plz dont stop posting more programs, the more the beter:p the reason why i need a more proffesional program is becouse ive always used wmm and well the options are very limited and like 60% of all the files wont work in wmm like they should do. like a mp3 file of 3 minutes that ends op being 9 minutes long and you cant search in the mp3 file without the song/sound starting at the begining(making it very hard to mach up vid and audio) so tnx again:bows:

I'm truly confused.

Do you mean the MP3 player filetype AMV, which is in use on a lot of mp3 players from Asia, or what?

Robâ„¢;3531220She said Anime Music Videos.

I noticed.

I just wondered if it was what the file extension stood for.
