ok it says a russian error and i can only assume i need 2 gigs of memory ram.

i have 1 gig and my friend tried to explain to me how to fool the computer into it thinking u have 2 gig... i forgot the file i need to open and change the number up.. can i get some help here?

i know im bad at explaining things but if u can help that will be fantastic

I'm pretty sure thats impossible..another GB of RAM only costs you $30-$40. But I think 1GB of RAM would be plenty for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

Well you should be ok with 1GB...

Recommended: Athlon 64 X2 4200+, 1.5 GB RAM, Windows XP, Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 / AMD nVidia GeForce 7900 / ATI Radeon X1950 / 256 MB DirectX 9c compatible graphics card

Minimum: Athlon XP 2200+, 512 MB RAM, 10 GB Minimum: Windows 2000 (SP 4), Intel Pentium IV 2 GHz / AMD hard disk space, nVidia GeForce 5700 / ATI Radeon 9600 / 128 MB DirectX 9c compatible graphics card, DirectX 9 compatible soundcard, 64 kbit/s upstream to play / 512 kbit/s to host 8 players

That's probably not the problem..

What are your full specs? Are you using a Russian version of the game? If so, where was it purchased? Do you know what the Russian error is saying?
