I have the same mobo & graphics card. really like them both. I am in shock how much the amd's have dropped in price. My 3700 cost almost twice what the 4000 costs. I am going to buy one of them very soon. I really recommend the mobo & card, though. You will need a better psu though. Look at this one(great price) http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=1273338&sku=ULT31846&SRCCODE=WEBFC115

I have the same one in my rig. I also have it fully loaded with 3 harddrives, a 7900gt, 3 gigs ream, 2 dvd drives, 6 fans, soundcard, too. I have never had a problem with the psu.

Anathi am using 2x 512mb corsair ramm heres what i was thinking XION XION II XON-101 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 450W Power Supply - Retail ASUS A8N5X Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail eVGA 256-P2-N583-AR Geforce 7900GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Diego 2000MHz HT Socket 939 Processor Model ADA4000BNBOX - Retail i was looking at the single core cuz of a slight increase in gaming performance since thats what this will mostly be used for

It seems to me that he could just get away with upgrading his video card, and one of his CD drives, and that it would last him atleast another two years.

The only significaint problem with his current setup is that P4.
