Hey everyone. I'm gonna build a computer. The only thing that I have a question about is if the Memory and Motherboard will go together and work when I build it. The Memory's type is 184 Pin DDR SDRAM and the Motherboard says it supports:
72-bit memory controller supports DDR at 266, 333 and 400MHz - Support 3 DIMM DDR 333 - Support 2 DIMM DDR 400 - Support 3 DIMM DDR up to 2GB Max.
Here are the Links:
Help is very much appreciated. Thank you.
Yes, though your link didn't work (get rid of the 'http://
part) as long as you are only putting 2 PC4000 chips in, everything should work. Kingston HyperX is the way to go, I have a 512 chip in my computer right now.
Link has been fixed. Thanks Gamthen!
yeah, they should be fine together. the ram is ddr400 and the motherboard takes that. so you should be set!
Thanks Snozzle! More answers are welcome to be posted here!
