I would recommend some Sennheiser headsets, or perhaps try out Sony. They both have some pretty solid quality headphones.

I was looking at this set of Sennheiser's. My main point is going to be comfortability. Without that, everything else is pointless. I liked these b/c they looked lightweight and are prolly easy on the ears.

Ha, another reason why I trust nothing other than altec lansing. altec's are none other than some of the greatest sound products out there. I can't find the head set I have, but this is the closest I can come to it http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16826106384 awsome stuff.

Ok. So I do my research and finally decide on a headset that has tremendous reviews (which must be fake and written by Newegg or the manufacturer b/c my review is just the opposite). The headset arrived Friday and it's shit. Only this time it's a $75 + shipping piece of shit. The surround sound does work quite well to my surprise, but they are uncomfortable and are hurting my ears beyond belief within 30 minutes. They are top-heavy so they feel awkward on my head, and I feel as though I'm sort of keeping them 'balanced' up there so I'm not constantly distracted by them. The vibration fuction doesn't work either or is so minimal that I can't even feel it. I'll just assume that it's broken. It comes with a seperate sound card that only works if you disable your other one in BIOS. Now I am required to hear anything I want to listen to on these feckin things or constantly restart my PC and change the BIOS settings back and forth. The sound? I'd give it a 7 0f 10. What a fuckin joke! mad.gif Back to square one. fist.gif

I would personally recommed the Altec Lansing AHS-302 headset, which I use for my games. They are lightweight and fairly comfortable with a volume adjuster that can be clipped to your belt or pants. Plus the microphone wire is (semi) adjustable.
