My old monitor died on me which means I am in the market for a new monitor.

I have some basic requirements laid out. 1. 1080p 2. LED backlight 3. 24 inch screen size

I am going to use the monitor primarily for gaming. I have been looking at some 120hz monitors. My limit is $250, so I have only seen 1 120hz monitor in my budget.

Amazon.com: Acer GD235HZbid Widescreen 23.6" 3D LCD Display: Computers & Accessories

If I would get it I would like to use the 3d feature without having to buy any expensive equipment. They mention an nvidia setup for the monitor, but would it work with an AMD/ATI card? I am also open to non-3d monitors, but my limit would be around $200.

I use a Samsung Syncmaster SA700, which cost 220€ when I bought it a year ago. 23 inch 120hz with included 3d goggles. The quality is good enough for me (it does not come with a high quality panel type, but few monitors in that price rangw will). It has a reflective panel, but that is almost never an issue due to the lightning in my work room.

I use 2 ASUS VE284H 24 inch monitors. They've always served me fairly well.
