Hi im looking into a new motherboard (MoBo) for under AUD$100 (australian dollers) i was looking at this:XFX MG-610I-7059 Motherboard - Compare Prices & Buy Online in Australia - MyShopping.com.au I that one any good. I know a fair bit computers but when it comes to motherboards im abit lost. Any suggestions for mobo's? *edit* a onboard graphic card would be nice (or a bundle) as i dont have a PCI-e card only a AGP one. I will be playing games on these but im not a graphic whore (no offence lol) and am willing to turn the sliders down abit.

Thanks Kais246

Even at that, what "games" are we talking? That little 7050 will not even run most of todays games. You may be looking at a different motherboard with an 8400GS MINIMUM. After saying that, I would highly recommend eVGA over XFX. The boards will pretty much be the exact same, because they are both nVIDIA reference, but eVGA is such a great company when it comes to technical support. I was shocked when I called them for help one day (a rare occurance) and explained that I know my computers, and would just like to get to the get go rather then the run around. The guy understood, and was so knowledgable. They all know there computers over there, and are not just the tech rep with a computer in front of them.

well i would be getting a new card but i dont have a pci-e card at the moment. What i would like to now is would that mobo be good to work on (eg put exspensive cards etc in it). if you could point out a mobo for under 100AUD i would be apreciated.

Well if you plan on buying a card later and understand that you will have a very limited gpu, then I would recommend this guy here. EVGA 112-CK-NF75-K1 Motherboard - Compare Prices & Buy Online in Australia - MyShopping.com.au The 610i that you have posted already is limited at DDR2 667. The 630i Will give you the whole 800 ;).
