Ok well i realize nwiz.exe is the Nvidia driver thing but i am tempted to uncheck it so it does not run at startup...Is it needed to have "nwiz.exe" running right when my computer boots up and if not, will i lose any GPU preformance ect. Thanks , just a quick question

Almost all startup programs use next to no resources, so it's not really worth the effort to try disabling anything, unless your comp starts running like a legless bull and you want to find out what's causing it. Go ahead if you want to try it, it won't cause any harm. Since it's the videocard thing you might have trouble changing resolutions or performance settings with it off, but thats about it.

No, you don't need it. It's just the little systray program, and I don't think it gives you anything that you can't find in Windows's own display properties menus. It uses a little over 2MB on the box I'm on now.
