i want to OC my video card and i want to know what program i should use btw i can push it past GTS speeds with my stock cooler so heat isn't an issue. Got the information from reviews and my temps are low sits around 40 what ever i do just want some more I've seen i can get an extra 30 fps on some games.

30fps extra? Thats very ambitious m8, 5-10% extra is the most you'll probably see. The easiest way fr an Nvidia card is Ntune NVIDIA nTune

Yeah, 30fps extra is not gonna happen.

For overclocking my nvidia cards, I use rivatuner.

Quake 4 with the same settings on the same machine with an overclock jumped an average of 30fps just what the benchmark said. Thanks for the help guys.

The best way, and only way I will overclock my cards is by flashing the BIOS. I use NiBiTor and NVFlash to do this. Usually I shoot for overclocks that manufacturers go for, like eVGA's SSC clocked cards. Works great and is the most stable. Beware of this route thought, its not as safe as in operating system utilities.
