I used Diino.com for a while. They give you 2GB of storage free. You can access/download your files from the web, and they have a desktop client you can use too.

dropbox is a great tool that includes 2gb of free storage.

Yeah. As far as I know, Diino uses 1024-bit Blowfish encryption.
