Well, the title is pretty much explaining the situation. For some reason, my Opera Browser does not animate any GIFs at all (whether it be signatures, or emoticons). This doesn't seem to occur in FireFox or so. When I installed Opera for the first time, it went all good for a while, and then this problem started occurring. I've tried a re-install (cleared/fixed any registry errors / missing entries before re-installing), but no avail.

Any idea why this is happening? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Content > Enable animated images.

That's the first thing that is brought to my mind. It probably won't do it, but it's worth a shot.

Oh... that worked, lol. Strange though, that it's disabled as default...

Nevertheless, thanks. :)

Odd. That option was enabled by default for me.

I sware Opera's options toggle themselves on the odd occasion.

I do love it so I don't hold it against it, but I've turned it on once or twice, found something amiss and then corrected it in the options, totally bewildered as to why it's changed.
