dirtmann the drivers before 71.89 had a temp bug that shows higher temp then it really is

Yeah, when i just downloaded the 71.89 drivers in the list of fixes it said that previous driver versions had a bug that showed the temp %20 higher than it really is on the 6800 cards.

heres look at my card was running in idle at 55-57c but my room is warm so the temp is at 58c i guess,, with a load it goes to about 68-70 maybe 73c highest was 73C thats with hl2 running everything maxed out (high settings) and yea it says 120C which i myself thinks its high

Wardogya u sure about that? maybe 120 F but definately not 120 C...120 C is like 170 F
