Er, I'm not a genius when it comes to power but is it just me or does that pic show that the power being supplied to the mobo is way outside what it should be? Like...so far out it's not even showing up...5.18V on the 12V cable is crap.

Really looks like your PSU to me mate.

Second that.

Your 12V Rail should be....... 12V or very close.

Get a new PSU before you damage your hardware. Anything from Antec, OCZ, SIlverstone will do.

power suply is to small.

you have 5 12v devices the 24 power box 12v conectors all pluged in.

fromt he pic you psoted it looks liek your square 12volt (the one on the motherboard) is under powerd could be a short in the power suply. if you know how to us ea voltage meeter (handheld check and see the voltage if not take it to the place you got it and thay can test it (Power of a A+)
