Ok, i have both Adobe Photoshop 6 and Adobe Photoshop 7. I Can run photoshop 6, but when i try to run 7, this is what it says after its done loading: "Could not initialize photoshop because there is not enough memory(RAM)". any ideas, it sounds obvious but i tried defraging my c drive about 3 times this week...
you don't have enough ram.
lol.. or it's something "stealing" it from you. Check out the computer processes and see if there's anything unusual.
nope its not the proccesses, nothing unusual. My pc is running like it's brand new...how can i fix the RAM problem?
.. by getting more? ;)
Nah, seriously, I don't know what's the problem, it's either something hogging your ram which you deny, or you don't got enough. You should ask a mod to move this to tech forum, there are people there with lots of experience, me on the other hand have almost none ;)
ok thanks anyway man!:)
what is your virtual ram set to? what are your pc specs anyway? here is a little programm that cleans your ram constantly when running, maybe it helps...
I assumed he could run PS7.0 before, but he can't now, so I didn't bother to ask about the specs. But I'm starting to have second thoughts, KiKkO, you could run PS7.0 before, right?

yes i could, but then like 1 week later it would show this error message and wouldnt work:mad:
how much discspace you've got left on c? and have you installed any programs since the time it last runs smotehly?
