Hi all, my question is the following:

I'm trying to watch WMP video (not stream, recorded video) in Firefox 2..I read that it can cause troubles sometimes, but found a plug-in for Firefox released by port25 located here which is addressed to solve that very issue. That's the same plugin which can be found by following the link of the official Mozilla site.

I located the plugin's .dll files both in Media Player's folder and in Firefox plugin's folder, both correct, still I cannot play WMP videos in Firefox 2... With Safari (for XP) and IE it works, but my primary browser is Firefox so I'd like to watch videos with that.

Anybody who experienced the same problem, or knows the solution for that problem, please share it with me!

Many thanks, Nitegriffin

Yeah, that's will be an other stage of the problem managing, now I'd like to get rid of that problem with Firefox 2, cuz I think there's a solution, only I haven't realized it yet... And I forgot to say first time, that Firefox crashes to desktop when I try to play a WMP content...
