i just got a new Dell with a quad procceser 3gb memory and a 8300 gs nvida video card my question is is that video card crap??i am trying to run COD 4 and it isnot running correctly is it my video card and if it is does anybody have a suggestion for a good video card that wont break the bank???

under $150 , $200ish if its REALLY going to make a big difference.

A 9600GT will set you back pretty much bang on $150.

8300 GS? What's that? Well, just so you know, if it really is crap, it's taking down the quality you're getting from that quad-core. I read in a magazine that stuff like that happens, and I've found out myself.

an 8300GS is hardly a crap card. Try out my 6200LE for a day and tell me his is crap. But yeah if you're willing to go out a little get an 8800GT, they're very powerful at most new games.
