This :

C:\WINDOWS\AGRSMMSG.exe C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR.EXE O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Recguard] C:\WINDOWS\SMINST\RECGUARD.EXE O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VTTimer] VTTimer.exe O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [InfoData] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\pkkiifms.dll",realset O23 - Service: stllssvr - MicroVision Development, Inc. - C:\Program Files\Common Files\SureThing Shared\stllssvr.exe O8 - Extra context menu item: E&xport to Microsoft Excel - res://C:\PROGRA~1\MI1933~1\OFFICE11\EXCEL.EXE/3000

should be investigated.

This seems the most suspicious stuff to me (but some of the above might be very bad too) : O16 - DPF: {1D4DB7D2-6EC9-47A3-BD87-1E41684E07BB} - http://ak.exe.imgfarm.com/images/noc...1.0.0.15-3.cab O16 - DPF: {B49C4597-8721-4789-9250-315DFBD9F525} (IWinAmpActiveX Class) - http://cdn.digitalcity.com/radio/amp...1.11_en_dl.cab O3 - Toolbar: Morpheus Toolbar - {3F3714A9-89A4-46be-8AF3-D0C9D1FB03F9} - C:\Program Files\MorpheusBar\bar\1.bin\MORPHBAR.DLL O8 - Extra context menu item: &Search - http://edits.mywebsearch.com/toolbar...p=ZZzer000YYUS

Also, note that I've read in many places that PunkBuster is known to cause problems on some machines. So unless you absolutely want to play on some servers that's don't allow you to connect unless you've got it, I'd recommend removing it.

And you've got lots of stuff which I think are probably useless (what's all that stuff from Roxio about ? Is all that HP stuff really needed ? ... How about the Java Runtime Environment, do you really use that ? )

Good, but still there are bad things :

This : O16 - DPF: {1D4DB7D2-6EC9-47A3-BD87-1E41684E07BB} - http://ak.exe.imgfarm.com/images/noc...1.0.0.15-3.cab is infected stuff. I download it and sent it to an online scanner which uses several AVs (virusscan.jotti.org), here are the results :

The morpheus toolbar seems to be some kind of adware too according to a few web searchs. I guess you should get rid of it.

The rest seems clean at first sight, even though I am still a bit suspicious about the "extra buttons" and toolbars that you have (except Google's Toolbar)...

For what is about the Roxio stuff, well I think you can safely uninstall it, and use any other program to burn your CDs. I'd recommend DeepBurner Free version : it's quite simple yet effective, and doesn't install resident modules.

i don't have pop ups anymore but my computer seems to want to NOT log on all the way. it will go normally untill i get to the blue screen right before ur icons and toolbar att he bottom pops up. then it just stops and nothing loads. if i press controll alt delet i can open programs like that and they run normally, a little bit faster if i'm not mistaken. (i'm on the computer right now like that) i'll check back and let u know what happens

P.S. i deleted the file u metioned but i'ma keep the roxio it has alot of usfull things in it and i paid 50 bucks for it lol

How many accounts on the computer? You could try using group policy "gpedit.msc" to restrict access on your account to rule out certain problems.

I would turn off the service "google updater". I've heard of Norton AntiVirus Firewall causing performance issues and that its difficult to remove that firewall from computers. Do you just have norton firewall or antivirus as well? I ask because I see AVG7. Maybe norton anti-virus is installed on a different account but scans the whole computer where as you have avg? "navapsvc.exe" is norton antivirus. "avgcc.exe" is avg you have both of these .exe's

Also uninstall java and reinstall the newest version if you have not already.

It's sounding more and more like a reformat and a fresh install of Windows might be a good idea for you.
