I just turned on my computer and downloaded the new Medieval II: Total War trailer. I go to view it and I notice my sound wont work and the video won't start at all. I tried it with diiferent vidoes and sites and the same thing happens. Could someone tell me what I should do?

Did you try alternate players? You may need one with different file support like Quicktime or DivX, or it could be a codec problem.

i would say its a codec problem, try and find out what codec its using and go to google and find the best place to download it from (dont try the one in windows media player, idk maybe its just me but whenever i try and download codecs through windows media player it doesnt work)

Get the VLC media player:

It includes most all of the codecs you will ever need for videos.
