Well as I have said to everyone - AOL sucks. You don't have anything near the freedom you get with other ISPs. They try to restrict your email, browsing and hardware to their own products. I would get rid of them. Not worth the bother.

yeah, but be careful, am on BT Broadband, and i use IE6.1............. which is poo... even though their are better browsers, so if your planning to change ISP, choose wisely

It should work fine. Im behind a router and I play PS2 without any specific rules in my firewall.

Have you tried the network disc that should have been included with your PS2? As far as I know you need to create and save a configuration to your memory card by using your PS2network disc. When behind a router you should be able to choose "automatic detection" of all the choises in the network setup disc.

same here, mine auto went through, i play behind a router/firewall and i can play fine

yea man i tried all the auto stuff and whn i test the settings it fails....hmm idunno though
