So I got a ps3 yesterday (ooo assassins creed) But my tv is the old fat kind, so I was woundering is it possible to get my ps3 to work on my pc monitor?
That depends on what PC monitor you have. If it's LCD, it most probably has DVI and you can get a HDMI to DVI converter. Roughly $30? I'm not sure. But be careful because if your display hasn't got HDCP support it will not work, the most you'll get is a blank screen.
OK, but wash it first

Some LCD monitors even support HDMI (mine does). But even if your monitor supports only VGA, you can alway buy an HDMI to DVI cable and then throw on a DVI/VGA adapter. The end result will not be a top-notch picture of course. If that is your scenario, you'd be better of using the standard A/V cable for your TV.
Well I got a sammsung 22 inch lcd that got HDCP. Is it this kind of cable: Komplett.no - Skjermkabel HDMI-DVI M/M 5 m
lol is that Russian? yes that's the cable. All you need is that.
Hahaha no its norwegian... And thanks for the help...
