It depends on how the machine is configured, but in the space of a few words: yes but badly.

What do you mean by "Badly"? Would the graphics be bad or would the frame rate be low?

Probably both since you'll have to keep graphic detail level to minimum to get decent FPS count. Ofcourse, FPS count might be bad anyway if your machine is really low on resources. Low by today standards, ofcourse. Try the demo first to see how the game works.
