Hello. I have a problem.

I was on the computer, playing one of my games, when suddenly the game started lagging. I turned the game off, and saw that the whole computer was lagging. I turned the computer off and when I turned it on again, I get several messages saying that "Drive one not found- serial ATA sata 2." So I try various things to get it up again, to no avail. My disk drive refuses to work. None of my games or programs work. If you need more details, I'll give them to you. Just someone please, help!

I'm guessing that drive 1 on your system happens to be the HDD. Try using the suggestions to see if that fixes the problem.

-It could be that your SATA cable needs to be replaced - Try using another SATA cable if you've got one to see if that fixes the problem -Could be that the SATA connector on your motherboard is bad - Try changing the connection on the mobo side to see if that fixes it (you may have to make a change in BIOS afterwards) -It could also be that the drive itself is dead - (I'd imagine that would be the case if the other options I posted above don't fix it.)
