Last night I found a free game that compares itself to BF2. Looks like fun, but I can't register at their site. When I try, I get the following error message: attachment.php?attachmentid=51242&stc=1&d=1153418120 What could be causing this? Would Norton or Microsoft Antivirus have anything to do with this?

I could care less, I was just curious.

Although nothing beats a free game, especially one that can run on my computer. :p

Proxies destroy everything. I could never get to any of my online games while I was on a proxy...

Firewall has nothing to do with it. Country tracking uses your IP, which it compares to it's database. So unless you're not broadcasting an IP (omfgh4x0r), it's a problem on their end.
