I built a new PC last November, and starting last night, just randomly, it'll shut down. It can be on for five minutes, it can be on for five hours, but almost always at startup. I can't believe I made it to this screen to post this. I reformatted my PC, unplugged all the insides and replugged them back in. I have a 550 W PSU, so I dont understand this thing!!

What could be the problem? It just shuts down, doesnt give me a second at all. Im so lost...

Well, there are a few things, if you can read this.

* A Cheap, or burnt out PSU. * A Burnt out Graphics card, or Processor. * Damaged capacitors on the Motherboard (Usually ones that are bubbled up, and not flat on top. They look like little CR2 batteries,...) * A Short.

Possibly heat if the startup problem happens persistantly after it has already crashed.
