Several times now when my computer is running it just shuts itself off and restarts itself, or sometimes just shuts down completely. I have no idea why it's doing this, so here's what was in the error report.

I'm not 100% sure but it sounds like you are experiencing stop error caused by a 3p driver. Make sure you have updated all the drivers on your 3p stuff like your video, sound card. Best way to find out is to run some sort of driver update scan.

Well I updated my drivers, which needed doing anyway. Today I was on the internet and my computer just shut itself off. I started it up again and it stayed on for like 15 minutes before it shut off again. Now I can't get it to start up again. I'm thinking it might be my motherboard, but that would be shit because I had the same problem a few months ago and I had to spend a lot of money to buy a new one. So I'm on another one and I guess I'll just take it to the repair shop at some point..

Perhaps its a virus in your TEMP files?

Alot of trojans and the stuff usually sit in there. Start up and do every scan you can.

also do a free Spyware Doctor scan. it'l find anything your other stuff doesn't.

In case you don't know, hammer F8 while it's booting and you'll get a menu with the safe mode option.

I hate how you must keep on pressing it in order to be assured that you will get into the menu

OMG I'm having the SAME PROBLEM! It only happens when I'm in a game though. Anyone have any suggestions?
