ok, i tried running my computer in safe mode, but couldnt get back to it's normal mode, any suggestions? Thanks for any help!

You should have the option when you start your computer to run in safe mode, or normal mode.

yeah, i tried that too, but it keeps giving me different options. i chose the normal mode option, still kept giving me the same options

Are you sure you are in Safe Mode???

Safe Mode enables the bare essentials that need to be run in order to use windows/repair it.

Safe Mode does not allow Internet Access.. or Network Access (Unless using "Safe Mode with Networking''), so if you are posting off your Computer, then be sure it is actually in Safe Mode.

Press F8 before booting up Windows for advanced booting options.

When you are inside safemode then hit "winkey+r" (this should open the run thingy) then type "msconfig" and then goto "BOOT.INI" (its up in the tabs) uncheck safeboot. And you should be good to go.
