Should I get a new system or upgrade?...Please dont tell me to sell my parts like last post(a LONG time ago).

Computer Specs
Windows XP Home
HP AMD Athlon XP 2400+
2.00 GHz, 512 MB
Graphics Card
GeForce MX 420
Ok i tried out Tribes Vengence it works good on my computer thou of course with the low graphics and everything,so what i am trying to say here i want to play games on ultra high and games like Warhammer 40k:Dawn of War(its lags when i have a screen full of spamming marines heh).I know its gona time to get the momey, about that i have $180(its slowly, slowy going down).I need something to handle games like T:V and games right there to it.1 more question you can see that i have 2.0 GHz,that means i have slow loadings, depending on graphics and maps.and what about WIndows Pro?I heard its good for games.before you answear my questions keep in mind that i dont know much of about coputers so dont come up with...woah i cant explain it but you get the point,ha....

windows is fine processor is a little old but fine for the games you wnna play, get a new one if you get a new game thats demanding. 512 is good for (like above) the games you got now... but if you get a new demanding game get another stick of 512 ddr/ddr2 get a GeForce 5700 or Ati 9600 or better
