Does this only happen in San Andreas?

Have you tried updating your sound card drivers?

Have you passed an English Class?

*I don't mean to give you such a hard time, but please try to use some decent punctuation in the future.

Start-run-DXDiag-Sound, Set it to basic acceleration and see what happens.

It's onboard, so it could be your CPU is too slow to handle it. What CPU do you have, and what Motherboard do you have?

X-Fi is not worth the money.

The A2 however; Is pretty good for the small ammount of money it costs. I'd say go for it , But remember to deactivate onboard sound first ( can't remember how you do that , but google it)

EDIT; Just saw you had an A4. Are you sure you have the latest drivers for it?
