Ok, so somehow I got this "Begin2Search.com" toolbar installed into my comp. And it's pissing me off. I can turn it off, but whenever a new IE window comes up THERE IT IS AGAIN! Also, in Add/Remove Programs I don't really see anything that could be this toolbar, so I can't just uninstall it. I'm gonna look in my Hard Drive now, but please help me out. Also if switching to another browser would stop this I'll do that... I've never used Mozilla or anything besides IE before though.

Welcome to the wonderfull world of Spyware.

Try some anti-spyware programs. (spybot or ad-aware). Use google to find these programs and go from there.

Also, try msconfig. Spyware likes to manifest itself in there too, creating problems and slow startup times aswell.

yeah, if you want to risk screwing up some stuff... you can go into the registry.... but one false move.. your comp is fucked...

I don't wanna mess with stuff that could kill my comp. That's why I'm hesitant to remove all programs I've never heard of in Add/Remove programs... I have Ad-Aware it doesn't catch it. I have Norton it doesn't catch it.

Just did and it's doing a full system search right now. I'll post again when it's done. (I doubt it'll get it though... why would it? It's a toolbar...) I dled spybot and it caught a few things but not the toolbar. That's fully updated.
