Stupid question, will this motherboard fit properly in this case, i honestly don't know/ can't tell.

Indeed it will. Mainstream motherboards follow the ATX/MATX form factor, and ATX-compatible cases can play host to both. Of course, there's always the oddball cases, such as the AC T1 Silentium and the Lian-Li "Snail", that object to individual chipsets - the MOSFETs could be too big, the SouthBridge heatsink could be too tall or the IDE connectors could face into the wall of the case. Always pays to check if you're buying something obscure.
