If you have an nForce 4 mobo, get nTune from nVidia's website. It will show you clock speeds and voltages for everything in your system (including RAM) and the timings for your RAM... it also allows you to change them. Just curious... what kind of RAM is it?

Nope, you don't have an nForce 4 mobo. Sorry, that was my only suggestion.

A program that was pointed out to me today, was Everest. http://www.lavalys.com/

Another program you can use, is MemTest. http://www.memtest86.com/

Then there is SiSoft Sandra.
