I just placed an order this morning for the new 3,500 DPI DeathAdder. :D

I'll give it a bit of a review when it shows up, should be within the week.

I don't really understand the point of a gaming mouse, I just use an HP one that came with the computer. Works great and I can still get a good 50-7 ratio in CoD4. =p

If you've never used one, it's hard to explain. Buy a nice DeathAdder or MX518, good entry level gaming mice. You'll see for yourself. Sure, you can game with any mouse, but these mice are made for gaming over anything else. If you're that good with a generic mouse, who knows...you might do even better with hardware more suited to you. ;)

just remember to get a gaming mouse that's a similar size to the mouse you've been accostomed to :) Since you probably have a specific way to hold it.
