http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102677 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102666 Those two look good, the 1300 has a clock speed of 600 Mhz, but the 1600 has 12 pixel pipelines with a core clock of 500 Mhz. The 1600 is cheaper, so I would maybe think the balance would make me go for that one. P.S. Finding a motherboard that supports both Socket 478 and a PCI Express x16 slot is proving more difficult than it's worth, I'll just see about an AGP ATI card, they seem cheaper than Nvidia anyways.....

Yeah, tell me about it. Let me know if you find a good 478 board that has PCI-e that's actually in stock. I have a pair of 478's that are collecting dust.

The X1600 is faster than the X1300 so go for the X1600. It's shocking though to see a X1300 more money..

the thing is, while the 1300 might have a higher clock (shouldnt be an issue as you can easily and safely overclock the extra 100mhz), the 1600 has a different (and better) core. also, make sure the card has GDDR3 memory. anything lower than GDDR3 will be a bit sluggish.

I went with the 1300 because it was straight from ATI and not some generic brand..... BOY, IS THIS THING FAST!!!!! I'm now runnin' COD2 at the highest settings without a slow down!
