What else do you want to know? I said this before:

 im so confused because the program is a patch and i need it to run in a specific folder. However if i booted my computer in dos thus making the program work would the program continue to work in good old normal windows xp?

Um other than that its a patch for unreal tournament 2004 thats suppose to be in the folder to operate and in order to activate it i just have to click it and itll run and do its stuff automatically but as i said before it wont work because i get this crapola:

16-bit MS-DOS Subsystem path to the program that you are trying to start or install config.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Sure it wasn't just a batch file? If so, you can open that up and see what it would be doing itself and do it manually. That is, if you hadn't already solved the problem.
