I'm having a freak problem. My USB ports were working just fine, and then I went to move my tower. The computer shut off, and upon restarting, gave me two file missing errors. I don't remember what files were missing, but now my USB ports aren't working. and under the device manager it says that I'm having problems with the System Expansion Board for PnP BIOS. It says that the device is causing a resource conflict. I click on hardware troubleshooter, and nothing happens.
I'm running on Windows ME, if that helps. And I'm only using this computer because my other one is getting repaired.

My only suggestions are:
1. Make sure all youre wiring is there I know i few times ive had stupid problems like that.
2. There is a possibilty that the files you were missing are the main files for your usb connections. Just install over and it should take care.
Get fuckin' XP. :0wned::D

or you can do something less drastic and just find the usb drivers for your motherboard...
