My web Browser (firefox) the frame is bounceing strangly. sometimes it wont, sometimes it will. can anyone help?

Is it just the Firefox frame or the entire screen? If it is just the Firefox frame then try updating to the latest version (1.0.6) Also, some visual themes have been known to cause this. If you are using a theme, try restoring the theme to Firefox default.

If it's your screen and you have a CRT, get a new monitor. And yeah, what exactly do you mean by the frame? Did you download a new skin for firefox?

try increase or decrease your resoloution, i know it sounds stupid but it fixed the bouncing when i was using internet explorer
