On a site PotD I have encountered many a reference to "anti-ailising" and the like, and was wondering how to enable or adjust it. I am anything but a hardware person...
Anti aliasing is a term usualy applied to graphics, basically it blurs the edge of an object to give it a smoother look, It is usually controlled from in the game or rendering app.
If you have a Radeon Card, it's easily enabled/disabled in the Advanced properties on the 'settings' tab of your display properties. As far as Nvidia, I am not familiar with them.. but i've heard that the Geforce's need a program to force it.
for Nvidia's you can force a particular Anti-Aliasing setting in the drivers control panel just like ATI.
