How do find out what Video Card you have on Vista Home Premium?

Start -> Run -> Type in "dxdiag" without quotes -> Enter -> Press the "Display" tab

Ok, that worked, now what is the thing called? (Name, Manufacterer, etc.)

Normally the name will be the model. The manufacturer will normally be the company who own the design (e.g. ATi, nVidia, Intel) rather than the company that made the card you actually own (e,g, BFG, ASUS, XFX, Sapphire).
