http://www.gamespot.com/features/6154735/index.html Its great to know that all the old games we know and love are still going to beable to be enjoyed on the new OS. I still want them to have HL 2, Doom 3, Prey to be up and running, hopfully theire working on all the games even the really old games like Half life and Quake 3 to be running on Vista. I still will not get Vista at release chances are theire be a few nasty bugs like XP has at release.

You gotta love downward compatibility. Mind you, I'd be shocked if it wasn't included.

Even if they didn't, though, it wouldn't be much of a problem. Most of us already have XP, so we'd probably just end up dual-booting.

It will be a problem for me becuase I'm going to bulid a bran new computer just for playing Crysis maxxed . I'll be pissed off if i couldnt play Far cry or prey on my bran new rig. Its great that some of the older games are working on it. I hope at release all older DX9 titles that we all love will be up and running on the new OS :)

They had better get alot more games than that working by release or there going to have a big problems with gamers. I'm hoping by the time Vista is ready it will support almost all the semi recent games, at least all the DX9 games, preferably even some of the more popular older titles as well.

When Vista comes out, i'll be looking at the game compatability before i even think about uprading too it.
