everytime i try to play a game it gets to the loading point before being in-game, and the computer either restarts, or goes to the mysterious blue screen saying

VMM (07) + 000012C1 Error : 0E : 0028 : C02342C1

does anyone else have this problem, and whats the solution because i have been getting this for days now and its annoying, first it was VMM (01) and Now its VMM (07)

Any Help Would Be Appreciated
