I have been hosting my website via Heart Internet for some time now and they are extremely helpful.
I just wanted to know what other hosts other people use and their feed back.

Dreamhost, MyDomain, Click42, MelborneIT All top of the line professional hosting companies - and you pay out your ass for it. With the exception of dreamhost, the other 3 are aimed at the SMB and Enterprise corporations. Corporate, professional, quick customer support, excellent reputations and services. I myself use Dreamhost for my own personal endevours and they are fantastic and very cheap, all my clients use MyDomain for DNS management and hosting, MelborneIT for domain registration (or Click42 for registration)
Does Dreamhost have good customer support?
Hit and miss, for the most part I've had nothing but excellent experiance with Dreamhost customer support, but I know someone whos had nothing but trouble.
