Well to be honest, this just screams virus and or spyware. Try a few things like search&destroy plus I'm sure others will add a few of their things in as well.

For spyware:

Spybot Search and Destroy is free, since it's free there is no 'trial version' so I don't know what the hell you have. It's not exactly hard to find... The home of Spybot-S&D!

Not to mention the free edition of AdAware Ad-Aware Anniversary Edition - Reviews and free Ad-Aware Anniversary Edition downloads at Download.com

For viruses:

If you don't have a decent virus scanner, get Avast Download FREE antivirus software - avast! Home Edition

Or Comodo which gives you antivirus and firewall among other things http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/download_firewall.html

Assuming you're talking about Spybot it is not a trial. The only way you got a trial from that link is if you went through to one of the mirrors and clicked on a banner ad on those sites advertising other spyware software and consequently downloaded the wrong thing.

Once you managed to get Spybot S&D and some decent anti-virus software running you should also google for windows services that you can disable. There is one in particular (messenger service or something like that) which can cause a lot of advertising on your pc.
