Dont get XFX, i got reccomended not to get one because their fans are crap and the thermal grease drys up or something like that

Get a Asus ;)

but doesnt XFX have a double lifetime warranty? For you and whoever u sell it to after you are done with it? Thats nice...

BFG, stick with it. Life time warrenty mean you can buy one second hand off of e-bay and if it dies on you, you can get another one. They also give unlimted free tech support 365 days a year.

I have a BFG 6800gt, no problems with the card aside form installation, that was a pain with my small case.

Hey, COD is worth $50 and you get for free. Not a bad deal. Stick with the BFG.

well i am not really worried about the cod at all, i am going to go ahead and buy two sticks of 1 gb and buy the evga graphics card because i have already bought a card from them and it has worked very nice. thank you all for the help!

Rookie_42Yeah, I'd go with 2x 1gb sticks as well, not only will it run faster, but you get dual-channel capability as well. Apart from Numberman's tip about the graphics card, everything looks great. Sweet system you're going to have there, I'm building a similar one sometime over Christmas.

You'll get dual channel with a 4x512MB configuration also, but you sacrifice any chance at a 1T command rate. So you should still go 2x1024MB for that much memory.
