No, 32-bit or 64-bit doesn't matter for the score.

I'm not sure how Vista scores it, but mine stayed at 5.9 going from 2GB to 4GB as well.

Actually it does :P a .1 difference for CPU score lol, 64bit handles CPU processing slightly faster, thus you get the tiniest increase in the score lol.

Actually, no it doesn't. My machine scored the same whether it was 32 or 64.

Pilla's right, it does make a difference, assuming of course that you have the hardware to take advantage of 64-bit processing.

*Shock and awe* But yeah, I saw a huge performance jump in general applications when I moved to 64bit. RAM isn't the only thing 64bit has in advantage, its also the fact it can compute and calculate twice as fast then 32bit
