NewEgg has the 2600XT, 800MHz core and GDDR4 rated at 2.2GHz.
One is a Sapphire and the other is a HIS.
I am mostly a Nvidia buyer so Im not to sure which one is better.
Most HIS have better cooling but cost more. But that ones looks like it has the same exact cooling as the Sapphire so its near the same price.. I dont think HD 2600XT's are huge heat produces either. Personally, I've used Sapphire products before and have never gone wrong with them.
Sapphire is just about the best known seller of ATI cards. Every ATI card i've had that hasn't been a ATI made card, have been Sapphire.
I would go with Sapphire. If you need a better cooler, a good aftermarket one would probably be better than whatever HIS puts on theres.
