NewEgg has the 2600XT, 800MHz core and GDDR4 rated at 2.2GHz.

One is a Sapphire and the other is a HIS.

I am mostly a Nvidia buyer so Im not to sure which one is better.

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100210L Radeon HD 2600XT 256MB 128-bit GDDR4 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail

Newegg.com - HIS Hightech H260XT256G4DDN-R Radeon HD 2600XT 256MB 128-bit GDDR4 PCI Express x16 HDMI Video Card - Retail

Most HIS have better cooling but cost more. But that ones looks like it has the same exact cooling as the Sapphire so its near the same price.. I dont think HD 2600XT's are huge heat produces either. Personally, I've used Sapphire products before and have never gone wrong with them.

Sapphire is just about the best known seller of ATI cards. Every ATI card i've had that hasn't been a ATI made card, have been Sapphire.

I would go with Sapphire. If you need a better cooler, a good aftermarket one would probably be better than whatever HIS puts on theres.
