I have

1 GIG DDR RAM 1.9 GHZ Intel Ati 9550 300 Watts.

Which G Card would you suggest me getting thats powerful running the following games.

Half life 2, Red Orchestra OstFront 41-45, Battlefield 2, Call of Duty 2.

Which card would give me the right performance and the right wattage without bottlenecking me and giving me CPU lag???

Irwin Rommelgo get an X800

Well, if you buy x800, you need buy better power supply too. X800rx needs 350 watts and you have only 300.

Irwin Rommel from your previous posts I have seen that you are glorifying the X800. You pay absolutely no attention to its specifications and I would ask you to think before you say your faverite card.

**EDIT**

I was thinking a 6600 of some sort that has to be a 256 MB Video AGP.

I know I didnt pay attention to its specifications, but I know that a X800 is way better than a 6600, if we talked 6600 gt we talked different, but the card in the other post were better than even a 6600gt

I didnt state I was looking for "newer" G cards, I just said I need a Gfx card better then the one I have.

I was thinking about this one

its a 6600 AGP

One question, if my AGP port can only support 4x will the 8x downclock itself so it will do 4x?

IRWIN ROMMEL FFS, LOOK. I DONT HAVE PCI-E! I have AGP, I'm not going to go buy a card that supports PCI-E and try and fit it in my computer. Thats stupid! So stop advertiseing that card and actually give me a card that will work for me.

Ok for starters, the X800 requires more watts, the thing I DONT have. The X800 is also woefully expensive. Money is not what I have. The GT is all PCI based, I'm AGP. The one thing I DONT have. I was thinking about this card... Could anyone point out the watts required for this card cause I cant seem to find the specifications for it.

1. yes, but so do the 6600gt, which is also for agp

2. quality costs a little more, but not much, you just need to look some more

3. http://www.nvnews.net/reviews/xfx6600gtagp/index.shtml

4. most newer cards as I said requries 350 watts, believe me, I needed to upgrade to use my card (which is a 6600gt AGP), before i switched to the X700 (laptop)

EDIT; Wait a minute, your link directs to a 6800 extreme, werent we talking 6600, it is cheaper, stick to a topic or confuse me, anyway, its probley 350w also, since its more powerfull than the 6600, its nice btw
