Will it be Blu-Ray or HD. Your decide. Personally, I think HD is made of win. Blu-Ray fails. HD will come back. What Happened recently will not affect it. HD will do better because it is better. Plain and Simple.

HD will come back. I know for a fact. They will make some adjustments and then it will win. This is what I think.

I don't think you fully understand what High Definition is. Blue-Ray is high definition. And no, there is no way that HD-DVDs will ever come back.

That would be like saying that Beta-Max or VHS will return someday. Or for that matter, cassette tapes and 8-Tracks.

Here is an interesting site about failed video formats. I guess they can add HD-DVD to the list.

The only way HD-DVD would make a come back, is if Warner Bros, Paramount, Best Buy, and Sony stop only producing/selling Blu-Ray videos and decide that their decision was bad and change to HD-DVD. And even then it is still only a maybe.

Even though I voted Blu Ray, I really want to hope your right, Blu Ray is about as worth is price tag as it is to pay for sleep, its way to expensive, and for its quality, isn't worth it. HD is better pricing, and looks almost excatly the same.

As with any new technology it is going to be a bit higher priced when it first comes out. As for the price, that is the only way HD-DVD could boost it's sales. Last act of a desperate man I say.
