If I watch videos on youtube, and let it play through (768k DSL) then hit replay, it's still downloads all over again. I set the settings to use maximum storage, I am not sure if it does it on every video, I have to check for that. but no matter how many times I watch the same thing, it always stutters, stops, waiting, any reason or settings I can adjust? seems like it didn't do that a while back, I let it load, then replay, smooth as ever. I have the latest version, etc etc plenty of IE8 cache available as well. I haven't tried to turn off real time anti virus, but it still shouldn't do this.

No idea, but you could try another browser. If you get the same problem the reason is probably the flash plugin, which might need to be updated or reinstalled.

Make sure youtube or just flash in general is allowed a large amount of space. It may be that it isn't being allowed enough space and so isn't actually saving the file, but simply streaming it.
