vikke-viking;3475627I can do that on my rig. And BS isent the minimum watt for 8800 in sli 850w?
Again, says who? Minus the graphics cards that PC could probably run on a (decent) 400W. In all honesty I don't think an 8800 uses 225W of power. I believe they use about 120W.
Well im not sure, I just heard that from difrent sources.
I'm still running a GeForce 2 MX/MX 400.
One of the computers we use has a SiS Real256E. ;)
But it's not my one, admittedly
I would be content if my rig was more upgradeable, but its a Dell, and i was dumb enough to buy it. I am stuck at 350 watts so i can't get any of the Geforce 7 or 8 series. I may upgrade to 2 gigs of ram, and if i can get a PSU upgrade from Hell, I mean Dell, i probably would try and snag a 7900 or something along thoes lines
For n0e, I believe Nvidia recommended a minimum of 800 watts for doing 8800's in sli.
